Tim Daniel
Tim is the Head Coach of the 14u, 12u, and 10u programs. Tim brings over 16 years of coaching experience to NWC. Tim is currently the Head Boys Water Polo Coach at Fremd High School. In addition, Tim has coached with the Olympic Development Program since 2003, is currently the Head Coach for the Midwest Zone, and is the Midwest Zone chair. Tim has also coached with USA National Team's Men's Youth and Cadet teams. |

Joe Grzybek
Joe brings over 10 years of coaching experience to NWC. Joe is currently the Head Boys Water Polo coach at Palatine High School. In addition,coaching Joe also participates with the Beached Whales Masters Water Polo club. |

Bobbi Smigla
Bobbi joined NWC in 2017 and has been working with Age Groupers in all seasons and the High Schoolers in the Summer season. |

Kailey Cordova
Kailey played for Schaumburg High School 2016-2019 and NWC 2018-2019 along with going to JOs with Spartan water polo club out of Lansing MI. I then went on to play water polo at Wittenberg University in Springfield OH, where I was captain of the varsity water polo team, a 3x all academic, and 2X all American along with a handful of other conferences honors. I have been with NWC since the summer of 2023 and I am excited to continue working with and growing this club! |
